“Dr. Davis is amazing. He is very knowledgeable in the science of hearing but more importantly, he cares. He exudes hope regardless of the diagnosis and is very thorough to be sure the diagnosis is accurate. Great guy, great staff and a wonderful office! Dr. Suarez is also cut from the same cloth. Their approach is always personalized. They never make you feel rushed to get to the next client. Highly recommend this facility to anyone experiencing hearing issues. “I purchased ReSound 3D hearing aids in 2020 while living in Orlando. When I moved to the Fort Mill area in 2021, John Davis, the owner of Sound Advice Hearing Center, immediately took over all support and warranty service. He honored everything without hesitation and provided excellent care over the years. The ReSound devices worked well in most situations, but I continued to struggle in noisy, multi‑conversation environments like busy restaurants. After five years, John explained that new technology had become available and recommended I try Signia hearing aids, noting that they perform exceptionally well in loud restaurant settings. He sent me home with a demo pair, and I happened to be leaving for a trip to NYC. While there, I tested them in a very crowded restaurant. I was seated at a table with three other people, surrounded by noise and multiple conversations. To my surprise, I had no difficulty at all hearing the people at my table. When we walked out, the others immediately commented on how incredibly loud it had been and how hard it was to hear.
